Chose BrightRoom Electric to do our new kitchen that we were Remodeling, the best thing i liked about BrightRoom was how they kept me informed through the entire job, from meeting the contractors to possible changes to the plan they kept us in the loop at all times and explained what was going on!!!

I had a tripping breaker in my breaker box and once i reset it too many times the breaker popped and smoke started coming out from my breaker box, called BrightRoom at 6:45 pm, the lady over the phone connected me with the field tech who told me what to do over the phone, and within 35 minutes the technician was at my house and took care of the issue, turns out it was a loose connection of a wire to the breaker from the original builder of the home, thankfully everything was all good.

I gave BrightRoom a call to take care of outlet that lost power months prior, they sent 2 guys down same day and quoted me to fix it, they said it was a Gfci outlet and they go bad all the time, i also asked them to change my bathroom light, since im a senior citizen and i have vision problems with my left eye i cant drive, so they went down to menards for me and picked out a fixture for me, awesome guys!
